Bruno

Bruno was hit by a car along Ali'i Drive. He was injured and couldn't walk. He wasn't chipped, and the good samaritan who found him couldn't immediately find his owner. She didn't want to take him to the shelter, knowing that they might not have the resources to help him. She called a local rescue, who reached out to us to see if we could cover his vet bills.

We did - and Bruno recovered.

His owner decided he didn't want Bruno anymore, but luckily the woman who fostered him during his medical treatment decided she couldn't live without him!
